The FM-SY300 coating machine is a three roller transfer coating system which can be used for continuous and intermittent coating. While the FM-SY300 serves a variety of coating applications, its primary function is focused on the lithium ion battery industry. With features like precision coat adjustment, and an ultra wide 280mm maximum coat width, it was designed to provide the most value and features for the cost, and serves as the ideal coating solution for Li-Ion battery, nickel battery, super capacitor, or other types of research and development.

A modular design option is also available with multiple dry zones. The modular option features separate slurry application, drying and foil take-up segments. This segmented modularity allows for easier shipping, and enables the future expansion of the dry zone if needed.
