The FM-SAS200 Semi-Automatic Stacking Machine is designed to assemble anode, cathode, and separator materials in a Z fold configuration for pouch cell battery fabrication. Utilizing PLC control and automation, the SAS200 is capable of accurately stacking up to 500 layers or 30mm. Manual operation consists primarily of loading materials and adjusting stack settings. Both the electrode placement and separator manipulation is automated, which allows for more efficient and accurate assemblies.
